User Terms
Scope and operator
These terms describe the DirectLane website and product support provided by Quviss Limited under the Cuviss brand. They supplement the applicable application licence and do not replace it. Use DirectLane only on devices and networks you are authorised to manage.
Application licence and purchases
For App Store downloads, the licence presented by Apple applies, including the Apple Standard EULA where no custom licence is provided. Prices and availability are those shown in your storefront. Purchases, downloads and refund requests follow Apple’s applicable terms and refund process.
Release status and operation
DirectLane is preparing for release. This website is not a purchase checkout or a guarantee of a release date. The app routes selected connections locally; compatibility depends on macOS, permissions, app identity, connection metadata and the network environment. A running app does not prove that its proxy is ready.
Configuration and safety
Review the rules and diagnostics during the 90-second safety trial before keeping a configuration. Rules can block or reroute connections. Keep a way to disable DirectLane and restore networking. No routing tool can guarantee uninterrupted connectivity or coverage of every connection.
Changes and your rights
We may update product information and these website terms as the service changes. The update date identifies the current notice. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or alters an existing purchase licence. Apple’s applicable licence and mandatory law prevail where they conflict with this page.
